Free Try-Out Training and Consultations
Booking Policy: A £25 fee is required for face-to-face consultations.

If you decide to proceed with the training plan, or a single personal
training session, this fee will be deducted from the total training
cost.

If you choose not to go ahead, the fee will be refunded in full
following your consultation.
This policy helps protect against no-shows and last-minute
cancellations. At Nagini Yoga & Training, we kindly ask all clients to
give a 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Clients are
allowed to reschedule once using their original booking fee. If you
cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking
fee will be forfeited. A new reservation will be required to secure your
appointment.

Whether you’re new to the gym or already experienced and looking for fresh motivation, these sessions are designed to build confidence, improve technique, and help you move closer to your goals.
- The sessions begin with an introduction with Eudoxia, where you’ll discuss your goals and what you want to achieve. From there, you’ll receive a personalised workout plan designed to help you get the most out of your training and see real results.
7-Day Gym Workout Plan: Full Body Tone
These Terms of Use ("7-Day Gym Workout Plan: Full Body Tone") govern
your access to and use of the Everfit Koach app the "7-Day Gym Workout
Plan". By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to
these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Access to the Workout Program

Upon purchase, you will be granted access to a one-week workout
program ("Program"). Once you purchase this package, you will be
redirected to a page with a download App to access your workout
routine.

Your access to the training plan is valid for 30 days from the date of
purchase. You may complete the program or repeat it within this
period.

After the 30 days, your access to the Program will automatically
expire. Continued access requires an additional purchase.
Gym Membership Requirement

The Program is designed to be completed at a gym facility. It includes
exercises that require gym machines and equipment. Please ensure you
have a valid gym membership before beginning the program.

You must maintain an active gym membership at your own expense to
participate. The Service does not provide or cover the cost of gym
membership.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the proper equipment
and environment to complete the Program safely.
Health and Safety Disclaimer
- You must be over 18 years old

You acknowledge that physical exercise carries risks. By using the
Program, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and able
to participate. Always make sure you warm up before you start.

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice,
diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your doctor before starting any new
workout program.

If you have been sedentary for some time or are returning to exercise
after injury or pregnancy, check with your healthcare provider for
exercise clearance.

The Service is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse effects
incurred from using the Program. Participation is at your own risk.
Listen to your body. Stop exercising if you feel acute pain and check
with your healthcare provider if it persists. Adjust weights, sets,
reps, and rest intervals to suit your fitness level. If you choose to
follow this training program, please ensure you have researched into
performing the exercises correctly and safely.
User Responsibilities

not for commercial or resale use.

You must not share, copy, distribute, or otherwise make the Program
available to others.

You must comply with all applicable gym rules and safety requirements
when completing the Program.
Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service disclaims all
warranties, express or implied.

The Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program.
Termination

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or
termination of your access without refund.
Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates
will be posted within the Service, and continued use constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of United Kingdom.

This is a digital product ("Printable PDF"), no physical product will be sent. Cannot be "shipped back"; no refunds offered.
